The ones worth answering before you spend anything.
Anyone who can change the business — send a quote or an invoice, add a client, record a payment, alter settings. Anyone who only logs their hours, files a daily report, photographs the job or hands in a receipt is free, however many of them there are. It is decided by what someone can do, not by what their role is called, so you can name your roles whatever you like.
Nothing stops working. Uploads keep going through — a photo that will not send from a job site is the worst thing this software could do to you, and no billing question is worth it. You get an email, and we sort it out between us.
Yes, in the app, any day, without ringing anybody — including on an annual plan. Seats you add mid-year are billed monthly for the same reason.
No. Your workspace records the version of the plan you signed up on, and a price change writes a new version. Whatever you agreed is what you keep paying, for as long as you stay on it. That is built into how the prices are stored, not a promise in a paragraph.
Yes. Every workspace has its own separate database, backed up every night, and you can download a complete copy from inside the app whenever you want — a plain SQL file that restores without this software being involved at all.
