Priced on your office,
not on your crew

Every plan has every feature. What changes is how many office seats and how much storage are included, and your crew logs in free on all of them.

An office seat is anyone who can send a quote or an invoice. Everyone on the tools logs in free.

Prices in US dollars. Change plan, add seats or drop them at any time, including on an annual plan, because a landscaper in November should not have to ring anybody to stop paying for people who are not working.

Which one is mine

Work out your own number.

Only office seats count. Anybody who logs hours, files a report or photographs a job is free. Drag to the size of your office and the cheapest plan is marked. It is worked out by the same code that produces the invoice.

What the plans actually run

Two lines differ. Everything else is the same.

Photographs are compressed on the way in: sixteen megabytes off a phone, stored at about a tenth of one. That is why these numbers look the way they do.

12 capabilities, no feature gates and no upsells. The only thing a bigger plan buys you is more office seats and more room for photographs.

How these are worked out. A job photograph is stored at about 150 KB and a receipt at about the same. Drawings and plan sets are kept exactly as you send them, so a typical plan set is worth around 200 photographs. A documented job means roughly twenty photographs, ten receipts and its paperwork. No card to start, change plan any day, take your data out whenever you want.

Before you spend anything

Common questions.

The ones worth answering first.

Who counts as an office seat?

Anyone who can change the business: send a quote or an invoice, add a client, record a payment, alter settings. Anyone who only logs their hours, files a daily report, photographs the job or hands in a receipt is free, however many of them there are. It is decided by what someone can do, not by what their role is called, so you can name your roles whatever you like.

What happens when I fill up my storage?

Ten years of daily photographs, at the rate above. If you manage it, nothing stops working. Uploads keep going through. A photo that will not send from a job site is the worst thing this software could do to you, and no billing question is worth it. You get an email, and we sort it out between us.

Can I drop back down in the winter?

Yes, in the app, any day, without ringing anybody, including on an annual plan. Seats you add mid-year are billed monthly for the same reason.

If you put the price up, do I pay more?

No. Your workspace records the version of the plan you signed up on, and a price change writes a new version. Whatever you agreed is what you keep paying, for as long as you stay on it. That is built into how the prices are stored, not a promise in a paragraph.

Is my data mine?

Yes. Every workspace has its own separate database, backed up every night, and you can download a complete copy from inside the app whenever you want: a plain SQL file that restores without this software being involved at all.

What if I need to talk to someone?

Email [email protected] and a person reads it. Not a queue, not a bot. Support is included on every plan, because a contractor stuck at eleven at night before a Monday start is not a premium tier.
